1. Returns
You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return eligible items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. How to Initiate a Return

4. Return Authorization Number (RMA)
Returns without a valid RMA may not be processed. Please clearly mark the RMA on the outside of the package. Returns should be sent to:

5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
