We offer the following shipping methods:

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Cosy Willow is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Rates are displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment using this number on the carrier's website.

5. International Shipping

At this time, Cosy Willow only offers shipping within the United Kingdom. We do not currently ship internationally. We are actively working on expanding our shipping options to serve customers around the world.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Cosy Willow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

In the event that a package is undeliverable and returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Cosy Willow is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you in providing any necessary information for the claim process.
